Sixty-five Minnesota law enforcement departments participated in the Racial Profiling Study undertaken by the Minnesota Legislature pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 626.951. The Council on Crime and Justice and IRP jointly analyzed the data and summarized a statewide aggregate report, and 65 individual jurisdiction reports.
